Head of Digital

Our confidential client is an international research, campaigns and advisory consultancy.

They are seeking at a Director, Head of Digital Campaigns role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing digital campaigning capabilities and ensuring world excellence in daily delivery.  Managing clients, projects and teams across: London, Sydney, eventually across the existing offices in Washington D.C, Mumbai and Hong Kong

This is a senior leadership position operating at a group director level based in London and include travel to Australia, the US and Hong Kong, and other locations.

The role reports to the Managing Director of Technology with a dotted line to the Managing Director of Partners. You would work closely with the COO, CEO and Managing Director of Research.

The company identifies actionable insights through research and intelligence to execute winning campaigns for corporations, causes, individuals and political parties.

Capabilities

The successful candidate will be experienced in all facets of digital campaigning from creative development through to execution. They will have a track record in engaging with stakeholders and clients at the highest levels of business or politics. Strong leadership skills are a must and a background in political campaigning is preferred.

Responsibilities  

  • Manage a team of 6 locally in London

  • Demonstrate, champion and instil company values and culture internally and externally

  • Provide oversight of global digital campaigns team, including hiring and performance management

  • Provide strategic oversight of the firm’s most important global projects

  • Securing and managing external vendor relationships 

  • Monitor trends, identify ways to improve and expand service offerings

  • Contribute to team development through training, appraisals, real-time feedback and recommendations for promotion

  • Maintain a strong network and contribute to a continual pipeline of new client wins and business opportunities
