Technology/Product - Innovation Lab - NYC
The mission is to offer the most flexible, powerful, scalable and user-friendly platforms for analytics, mobile, identity and loyalty. Analytics is about turning massive amounts of data into powerful insights, leveraging cutting edge data visualizations and HTML5 technologies. Mobile allows customers to go beyond analytics and data visualizations in order to build mobile application workflows without writing a line of code. Our identity product, is a revolutionary mobile identity platform for enterprise security. Our loyalty product is a solution for the next generation of mobile customer engagement. Historically, we have been an engineering centric company. While we’re proud of this heritage, we have been working for the past few years to bring our User Experience to a whole new level. The Design team, in our DC headquarters, has proven by example the importance of UX best practices and user-centric design.
